The modular homes of BullHomes are almost completely finished at the time of delivery and almost ready to serve. They do not require concrete foundations. A metal base or other types of blocks could be used.
They are made of modular metal structure, which meets the requirements of energy efficiency and eco-design. The structures allow the configuration of individual elements in a complete complex. They can be manufactured with measures on request with different size, distribution and design. Each module of the structure can be equipped with bathroom and kitchen.
The modular houses with metal structure are comfortable, save energy, are almost finished and are quite beautiful. The choice of finishes, as well as the location of the doors and windows is completely up to you.

According to your preferences, desires and needs, we build detachable homes for use throughout the year, with very good thermal and acoustic insulation characteristics.
The modular homes can be used for country houses, holiday complexes, settlements outside the city. If the client requests, design and interior equipment is also carried out. The houses are delivered almost finished and no construction works are carried out during their installation. The modules are installed for 2-3 days.
